Customer complaint
Simulates an agent flagging a complaint from the contact-centre call screen. The event travels through the Integration Gateway to GLPI with CDR and recording references.
SBC / monitored service
Changes the synthetic target state. Zabbix should detect the failure and use its approved native GLPI integration to raise the incident.
